Wo könnte ich günstige Portalmessgeräte finden?

Hallo Community!
Ich würde mir gerne ein Portalmessgerät zulegen, da ich aber nur ein kleine Budget habe wollte ich mich hier im Forum erkundigen wo ich mich nach einem günstigen umsehen könnte?
Was haltet ihr z.B. hiervon? Die waren vor Kurzem auf Focus.de zu sehen.
