Gehirn trainieren

Hallo zusammen,
Ich wollte euch fragen was ihr über diesen Artikel https://www.nnz-online.de/news/news_lang.php?ArtNr=260642 denkt. Ich finde der ist ganz spannend geschrieben. Denkt ihr dass Gehirn trainieren wirklich was bringt? Viellicht hat schon jemand Erfahrung damit gemacht und könnte was darüber Erzählen. Danke schon mal im Voraus!
